How RH can help
Bring us a defined project or a difficult technical problem.
We begin by understanding the outcome, constraints, users, and risk. If the work fits RH, we define what will be delivered before implementation begins.
Infrastructure and secure hosting
Design or improve environments that are understandable, maintainable, and appropriate for the real risk and budget.
- Architecture and migration planning
- Self-hosted and hybrid services
- Identity, backup, and recovery planning
- Deployment validation and documentation
Security review and hardening
Identify material weaknesses, prioritize remediation, and improve defensive configuration without losing operational usability.
- Configuration and exposure review
- Identity and account-lifecycle review
- Logging, patching, backup, and recovery
- Remediation planning and verification
Private AI enablement
Determine where locally hosted AI is useful, where it is not, and what is required to operate it responsibly.
- Use-case and data-sensitivity review
- Model and infrastructure selection
- Secure deployment and integration
- Evaluation, policy, and operator training
Troubleshooting and recovery
Bring structure to persistent or high-impact technical problems through evidence, controlled recovery, and validation.
- Service and application diagnosis
- Infrastructure recovery planning
- Performance and reliability investigation
- Findings and corrective actions
Training and technical advisory
Build capability through RH consulting instruction or independently offered community and cadre-led learning.
- Custom RH workshops and learning paths
- Lab-based cloud and security instruction
- Architecture reviews and technical office hours
- Optional instructor-led offerings with separate pricing
Custom solution development
Connect hardware, software, automation, documentation, and user education into a solution the owner can operate.
- Requirements and feasibility
- Prototype and proof of concept
- Integration and validation
- Operator-focused handoff
Paid Member access is included during an active consulting engagement. RH provisions it when collaboration begins and returns the account to Free Member status at project close unless the client maintains a separate paid subscription. Consulting fees remain separate from membership pricing.
Community and cadre training can be a separate purchase. When an individual instructor or cadre offers a course directly, the offer identifies that provider, its price, what is included, and its support and cancellation or refund terms. The instructor bills participants directly; Free or Paid Membership does not include that fee unless the offer explicitly says otherwise.
Defensive and authorized work only. Security testing requires written scope, authorization, and rules of engagement. Do not send credentials, private keys, regulated data, or sensitive configurations in the initial request.
